Sorenson™ Spark™ video compression and decompression technology licensed from Sorenson Media, Inc.

Licensee shall not use the MP3 compressed audio within the Software for real time broadcasting (terrestrial, satellite, cable or other media), or broadcasting via Internet or other networks, such as but not limited to intranets, etc., or in pay-audio or audio on demand applications to any non-PC device (i.e., mobile phones or set-top boxes). Licensee acknowledges that use of the Software for non-PC devices, as described herein, may require the payment of licensing royalties or other amounts to third parties who may hold intellectual property rights related to the MP3 technology and that Adobe has not paid any royalties or other amounts on account of third party intellectual property rights for such use.
